Kiersten, the girl who received the table, was attacked by a shark on June 14 off the Carolina coast and lost the lower part of her left arm.  One of the joys in her lengthy rehab was playing the air hockey in the hospital.  So the folks at American Express (where her mother works) wanted to get her an air hockey table for her when she finally returned home.  We made up the card that went to her along with table.

She was already the air hockey champion in the hospital.  In fact on her last day, she wanted to have one last challenge with her therapist who had been the only one that could beat her.  Of course, Kiersten won, to claim the “title.”  I need to find a way to practice so I can beat her, just once!!
